I live in Adelaide. Can anyone please explain why my NBN Speed has dropped to less than 0.8Kb/S when i should be around 10Mb/S

Thank you, but I called tech support this morning and they resolved the issue with me. It needed a reset at TPG end. It is now working fine and at normal speeds

Initial test result shows a passing speed on the line also a minimal dropouts on your service.

 

I would like to arrange a call from one of our Technicians for further tests and investigation.
