Moving house from NBN to non-NBN area

 Hi, I am moving to a new house soon to an area that does not yet have NBN. I am a current FTTN customer with TPG, but where I am moving to has HFC coming by December this year (hopefully). AM I able to move my nbn account to a tpg adsl2+ or whatever is offered in this area? (FYI Kings Langley Sydney) and swicth back to NBN when available? Im still under contract.

All TPG customers are contacted with an offer to transition to the NBN once their address is NBN ready. Once your address is NBN ready, you will have more options to choose from in terms of Internet speed and performance.

 

Please PM us your address details so we can further investigate what particular bundle is in fact supported by the infrastructure surrounding your new residence.

Disgusting.  I just got off the phone after your overseas call centre called me to confirm Monday's new connection.  I DONT OWN THE HOUSE YET!!!!. I responded to the sms that said installation happening 30th. This was NEVER agreed. I do not settle the house until the 6th August and the agreement was to cut off the old NBN service 7th August.    I responded to SMS an hour after I got it (asking me to confirm 30th July when I don't have access to the house), I ermailed at the time saying this date was no good.  I chased again Tuesday with no action. Tonight I get a call saying I cannot reschedule this close.  I am disgusted with you.  I am cancelling this service. Never again TPG
