Hi, I am moving to a new house soon to an area that does not yet have NBN. I am a current FTTN customer with TPG, but where I am moving to has HFC coming by December this year (hopefully). AM I able to move my nbn account to a tpg adsl2+ or whatever is offered in this area? (FYI Kings Langley Sydney) and swicth back to NBN when available? Im still under contract.
Welcome to TPG Community!
All TPG customers are contacted with an offer to transition to the NBN once their address is NBN ready. Once your address is NBN ready, you will have more options to choose from in terms of Internet speed and performance.
Please PM us your address details so we can further investigate what particular bundle is in fact supported by the infrastructure surrounding your new residence.
You may also visit this link on information on how to move your services - Moving Home or Relocating TPG Services.
Thanks sending your details via PM.
Our initial check indicates that we can offer your new address our award winning ADSL2+ home phone bundle. With our ADSL2+ you will enjoy unlimited data and pay as you go for home phone for only $59.99 per month.
I recommend to have one of our Account Specialists to discuss this further with you.
Can you please PM us your best contact time and number so that I can arrange this for you?
I've edited your recent post with your mobile number. Please avoid the posting of personal details on the public page e.g. customer ID, telephone numbers and similar pieces of information as they may compromise your account security.
I've now arranged a call from one of our Account Specialists on Monday, 02 July between 7pm - 8pm.
If the initial time is not suitable, feel free to bump this thread with your preferred contact time.
Hi @mylestoomey, we can see that our Accounts Team tried to contact you, but to no avail.
Can you provide us your next availability so we can have one of our account specialists process a callback?
We'll wait for your response. Thank you.
I understand that one of our Account Specialists has been in touch and has processed a change of location for your account.
Should you need further assistance, feel free to let us know.
