NBN Superfast Broadband

Hi, I have recently upgraded to the NBN Broadband Unlimited Superfast plan from NBN100. It says my upgrade request has been completed however my internet speed did not increase, rather it has now dropped down to 40mbps.....

Did you test the speed via WiFi or Wired connection? If via WiFi, are you able to test the speed via Wired for comparison?

What is the make and model of your modem/router?

Can you check the QoS or Bandwidth control if it's enabled?

What are the troubleshooting have you tried so far?
