NBN Technician

We just re connected with TPG, we have our modem and everything but our optical cable is broken and I need to get a technician out to fix it. How do I go about making this happen?

We need to report it directly to NBN to have technician schedule. Also, please send a picture of the broken cable for assessment. 


Kindly send your Customer ID or username via private message so we can locate your account and be able lodge a fault.
