NBN Ultrafast unable to get 50mbps upload

Hi Guys,

Can you please assist with looking into if my account has a network upload limit applied, I moved from 100/40 to the ultrafast Plan as part of the trail and after the trial ended I upgraded my plan, but I have never been able to achieve over 30-31Mbps upload on speedtest.
