Get online support
Hi there,
My NBN and Home phone are both not working.
I have checked that the service is active in my area by checking the NBN status page then you pointed me to, then I turned off my modem for >30 seconds then turned it back on. Still no internet or phone.
Please help as I have to work on Tuesday.
