The light of battery replacement shows red! Must I replace the battery? Who replace it and who pay it?

We neither supply and/or replace the battery in your NBN FTTH battery backup system.

I have attached a guide to assist you in the replacement and another to simply silence the battery from beeping if you choose that a battery backup is no longer required.
