NBN box flashing red

Had a storm with a lot of lightning at 11:30pm then the internet went down I checked on nbnco and it said no problems with the nbn to my address. The nbn box keeps flashing red and making a clicking sound. I have turned it off and on again and also pulled all the cables and reconnected them and it is still doing the same thing. I think I need a new nbn box, could this please be sent out as soon as possible?
