After the storm in Melbourne on Tuesday night (7-Nov) we have had no NBN connection.
We have turned the box off many times and tried to reset it, but we get a red flashing light and a clicking sound.
There is no NBN outage in our area (we checked the web page).
We initially thought this was due to the Optus outage - but now we are sure it is an issue from the storm.
Since your service is not affected by an outage, then we'd like to check on what we can do to restore the service ASAP.
