NBN box keeps resetting - tpg/Nbn show no outage

Can forum admin helps to investigate my problem? As titled, few days ago I repotting slow internet speed to support for my super fast plan 250mbps, I only have 9-10mbps for downloading speed while still waiting feedback from support, no one contacts me to ask for more information so far and tonight approximately 10pm all my Nbn service went down and the black box keeps restarting. Can anyone suggest what’s the problem? I’m still working from home so it’s important to have stable internet. Please help.
