NBN box - red light flashing and clicking

I did a speed test and found my internet was slow. The TPG website said to reset NBN. After that the connection went from blue to flashing red and box is now clicking. I have done all the checks the TPG website recommends and lodged an issue with the app. How long will it take for someone to respond?
