Get online support
My NBN internet connection stopped working since 30/01/2020 12pm.
Can someone please take a look at it. The NBN connection box power button is on but the downstream led keeps flashing. It can't connect to the internet at all.
My neigbours who are on TPG NBN are also not working too. My mom lives on the same street has the same problem. I live in Canley Vale NSW, 2166.
No one is picking up their phone calls on 1300-997-271 or 131-423. I've tried calling multiple times and have emailed helpdesk@tpg.com.au.

We understand that you've contacted our Tech team today and was advised that your service is affected by an NBN network outage.
We've been advised that the NBN technician attended the site last night, however, services are yet to be restored. The NBN is currently sourcing an update from Field Services in regards to further action required by their technicians.
Our outage monitoring team will provide an update via SMS or phone call as soon as more information becomes available.
