We've checked the update from NBN Co. and it seems that they are not yet finished with the installation. Even though the coaxial cable is already installed, the signal is not yet available which possibly why the NBN technician didn't install the NBN NTD box yet.
We were advised that their planned remediation date of this order is on the 15th of February. Once an update is available, your case manager will be in touch.

Regrettably, I wish I was the bearer of better news. The installation is not yet done due to planned remediation date of this order is on the 15th of February advised by NBN Co.
