NBN connection light flashing red and making clicking noise

Hi, my NBN went down over a week ago during some heavy rain. I've tried to call several times and due to the long wait periods, I eventually requested a call back, for which I had to wait 3 days!! My call back time was an hour ago and I've still not heard from anyone.

Can someone here please help.

The NCD has the following lights:
Power light = Solid Blue
Connection light = flashing Red.
DSL light = off
LAN light = off

I've checked my address on the NBN web site, and there are not listed outages. I've swited the NCD unit off and on several times and still the same issue.

I'm still waiting to hear from you. I have requested a call back which should have been yesterday but I still not heard anything and my internet has been down for for over a week.

I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch ASAP.
