NBN connection

I have no nbn connection and the figure 8 is red and it’s making a clicking noise. I have turned off and tried holding the reset button but same problem

We were able to locate your account using your community details and it appears that the NBN service is already working.

 

We've checked what happened with NBN Co and we were advised that they've upgraded the network that caused the interruption of your service. They've successfully updated the network and service should work smoothly now.
