Hi all. My NBN device is not connecting to internet and the blue connection light is blinking constantly with a sound of tick after intervals. I have already received email from TPG that my connection has been setup. I have used the same nbn device whcih I have using at previous address. It a FTTC network connection device.
It’s more than 10 hours and same state. Can anyone please advise on next step?
Hi Aubrey, Thanks for your message. I have sent you my customer ID on a private message. Also I spoke to tech support team at TPG and he has scheduled an engineer site visit on Monday. But will be really helpful if there’s something that can be done earlier.
