NBN disconnections since a month

I find surprising that you could connect to my modem because the DSL light is blinking since yesterday 11 am. I don’t have any IP address as well.

I’ve already tried to reboot the modem with no success.

The logs are multiple
DSL training G.994
DSL training G.993 started

Anyway, I’ll wait your call

We've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians and the issue has escalated to our Engineering Team and arranged a TPG Technician yesterday. The service has confirmed working and connected for 19h 28m. Let us know should you require further assistance.
