NBN down again, after just being repaired.

Hi there, our NBN is faulty again, it last broke on the 25th of may. it has broken the same again.
- Light is flashing on router,
- no internet connection,
- router is the only device connected to line on property.
Please repair asap.

I would like to know if being unable to use the internet for a few weeks gets me a discount on my months payment. It took a week to fix last time, less than a month ago.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

Hi Reizl,  I've checked there is no outage in my area, and have tried the normal steps. Please check my records this is the 3rd or 4th time the line has broken recently. I've sent a PM, if we could get tests/.repairs underway please.
