We're sad to know that you're having issue with the service. We're able to locate your account using your community details. We've seen that you have been in contact with one of our Technicians and the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team for further assessment and investigation. Initial finding shows a possibline line fault on the network controled by NBN. Updates will be provided within 24-48hrs via SMS or Phone call.
