After the drop out issue, there is the speed issue now.
The left screenshot is what I got at night. (wifi)
The right screenshot is what I got this morning. (cable)
All the tests, I just use only one device connected to wifi.
Can you explain why there are so many issues with TPG NBN.
Since TPG can not provide a stable internet service. (dropout and speed issues),
according to https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/internet-landline-services/broadband-speeds
I can have "a costless exit from their contract (including any bundle) and a refund"
It really affect my work. if you guys can't fix this issue. I have to take further steps to complain in https://www.tio.com.au/ and change my provider.

For customers experiencing any issues with their NBN service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage on the NBN network.
We have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage
If there are no known outages in your area, customers can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link : https://www.tpg.com.au/support/nbn/troubleshooting_nbn_hfc
Also, here's an article for Slow speed issue.
In your case, the case was escalated to our Engineering team and an NBN technician attended the site which replaced your NBN NTD box. The connection is much stable and is being monitored by your assigned Engineer. Further updates will be given once it becomes available.
