I've had TPG FTTN installed at our property in the Lockyer Valley for the last 3.5 years. Recently had dropouts and slow speed so replaced modem with a new TP link. This started happening around the same time some work was done just up the road (new tower and large cabinet at base) by contractors in unmarked work vehicles.
It worked great for about a week. Since then we have had a couple large downpours and have been having long( 15 minutes - 2 hour) long dropouts. WiFi signal remains strong, I just have no internet. Could I get TPG/NBN Co to have a look into this please.
