NBN dropped out and won't reconnect

NBN internet connection dropped out and won't reconnect.
The drop out happened conveniently 10 minutes after the customer service hours closed.

Nothing listed in current issues or planned outages.
Same thing happened last night.

Not happy.

We're able to pull up your account using your Community details and seen that the connection seems to be working. Did you notice any changes on the light of the modem when the connection dropout?
