My NBN connection kept on dropping for nealy 60 minutes last Saturday, 21/08/2022. I rang TPG Help Line. The operator was friendly and helpful. After that, it became stable and back to normal speed. I received 2 follow up calls from the TPG support staff, on Sunday and this Monday morning. Everything is back to normal now. Thanks to TPG support staff. Well done!
