NBN dropping out in Alexandria

Hello,

Our NBN is dropping out and it is vital for us to work from home. I was told to post here. Please can someone check connection and help. Let me know what info you need.

Hi @5349714 

 I can you are getting correct speed for your plan, also understand you and your friends are working from home.
So that I am very sure your current speed plan is not sufficient to handle ZOOM videos calls, etc without any glitches.
The reason is that your speed is 12/1mbps.
your upload just one Mbps, and few of you are working from home,
I recommend pay, another $10 extra and go to 50/20mbps plan

please remove the long phone wire from NBN box to wall, and replace with the shorter cable which came with NBN box,
please give us the update

Hi Rajen,

I have attached the shorter grey cable to the phone socket into nbn. Internet is connected. Hopefully this fixes but I won't be sure until I try a zoom call again to see if it still drops out. Can you see if the speed has improved? Thank you
