NBN dropping out

Located in Gordon, ACT and the NBN has been dropping in and out frequently since 7pm 23 DEC

Hi @flexr6nbn,

 

Thanks for posting the details. I ran an initial test to the service it shows connected for 9h 9m, no dropouts and line fault were found. We'd like to confirm if you're still having issues with the service and what particular devices are affected.
