Thanks for reaching out to us. Your connection was disrupted due to an NBN outage. This was raised by NBNCo at 9:32PM AEST today which affects 84 customers. NBNCo has engaged their Field Services and the current Estimated Time of Restoration (ETR) is at 6AM AEST tomorrow (September 11). Take note that the ETR is subject to change.
