NBN internet issue

Hi there,

 

Recently upgrade from 50Mb(NBN50) plan to 90Mb(NBN100) plan.

 

We have received notification saying plan changes has been completed but nothing change , my internet speed still 50mbps , i tested internet speed 

  • Router has been restarted

(I do work as network engineer so happy to assist with any other troubleshooting steps required)

Are you able to run a line check for us please ?

Hi @namlatrum4 

 

Please check the QoS or Bandwidth control if it's enabled and change the value to cope with your new speed plan.

Disable it if needed.

 

Once done and you are still not able to get the speed, please send us a private message with your account details and we'll check it further.

i dont know FTTP mean , but im using Archer VR1600V Router . My plan is NBN100 unlimited data
