My NBN is down in Jindalee, Brisbane 4074. Can you advise if there is a general outage in the area or help with the issue. No one is answering your technical help line.

Hi @enicolson there is no reported outage in your area.

As I can see, you were able to speak with our technical support last night and your internet issue has been raised to NBN Co who will be dispatching a technician to investigate the cause of the issue.
