Hi can mod check on my internet no service since 10 pm AEDT last night it’s been like 9 hours (7:15am 19/11)

Update 9:55am:
I got a text iMessage at 8:45am

“TPG: Our wholesaler NBNCo is investigating an outage in your area which may be affecting you. We'll send updates. For more info, visit tpg.com.au/nbnoutage”

And at 9:15am

“TPG: NBNCo is still investigating an outage in your area which may be affecting your NBN service. We'll update you once it's resolved.”

 

Update 1pm:

Internet connection is back online
