Last night internet dropped out, no DSL light lighting up on modem. Have tried other phone jack in house, have purchased new cable & now also new modem - same thing, DSL light not lighting up / no connection. Account is up to date, no planned maintenance listed either - working from home to deadlines, this is rather urgent.
Thank for your reply. I have managed to get the new modem / router connecting now. Internet & DSL settings are separate on the new one, overlooked changing DSL settings over to VDSL for NBN.
Supplied TP-Link is finally toast after almost 3 years of use, new device working fine (better) now.
