We were able to locate your account and learned that you were able to contact our Tech team.
Your service is currently affected by an NBN network outage. They've advised us that a tech has attended the site and found the Node is offline. The tech replaced the fuse and further investigated voltage issues and was unable to bring the node up. The manhole is filled with water and due to the safety risk, the tech cannot investigate further for now so a vacuum truck has been requested to attend the site to clear the flooding.
There's no estimated time of restoration that was given to us, but our Tech team is monitoring the case and once an update is available they'll be in touch via phone call or SMS.
