Get online support
Since this morning our internet service has been off, after following all the trouble shooting and re staring the modem etc etc, still doesn't work. All the lights on the modem are solid green but still we get no signal. I checked with my neighbours in the building and everyone is having the same issue.
NBN says there are no outages the same as TPG.
Any ideas?

I notice you have performed the NBN HFC troubleshooting, please remenber to power off for at least 5 min and on the NTD (black box) so it will clear the NBN buffer.

We see that a request was raised on the 13/04/20 to NBN HFC on the service stability issue.
On testing the service now it is passing all test’s presently.

You can try a reset of the NBN HFC NCD (Network Connection Device - Black Box Arris).
On the back of the NCD-Black box there is an reset button (needs a pin clip to press)
Press this and count to five, all LEDS should go out and then reset to green.
nce Modem gets WAN connection, then retry web browsing.
