NBN not working at all

Ever since we got NBN, the reliability of the 5G network has been unstable, with it often displaying a yellow exclamation mark and saying that there is no connection despite being connected. Usually this problem is fixed by turning it on and off again. However, today we turned it off and on again and now there is no connection at all. On the modem, the 2.4 and 5 lights are on but the internet light isn’t. This is resulting in there appearing to be a connection but it fails to load anything. We have unplugged and replugged everything according to the set up guide multiple times and turned it off and on multiple times but it is still not working.
