NBN out following storm

We lost internet connection yesterday (NBN FTTC) following an electrical storm. There are no reported NBN or TPG outages, and we've followed all the trouble shooting steps with no luck- still getting a red light and clicking on the modem. Have been on extended hold on the phone yesterday and today without being able to get through. Please advise how we can get help to fix the connection issue.
