What is going on? I have no internet connection for the past 3 days now.

I'm still checking NBN service status every few hours and it still shows " unplanned outage is affecting your area"

When can I expect for this to fixed? Or I would like compensation for this please

Sorry I forgot to update the thread.But the issue was resolved on the morning of the 17th.

We'd love to help check the status of the issue affecting the service and get to the bottom of this. Send us a Private Message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file).
