Our NBN is yet again down. The NBN outage page says it will be back up next Tuesday.

This is a joke. I work from home, helping victims of the recent floods and it must be on.

Can you see if there's more info on this? I can go and talk the techs up the road.

This is detrimental to people's lives and well being right now. Seriously a joke.

Remote test showed that your internet should now be up and running. NBN outage page appears to be clear of any outage/maintenance. 

Could you please confirm everything is working now on your end?
