Hi TPG,
We requested to upgrade our NBN plan from NBN12 to NBN50 on 9th-May-2022. After receiving the change completed email, the first two days I can see that my speed can up to between 35-48 Mbps. However, for the last few days, the "download" speed has been slowed down back to NBN12 speed.
Here is a screenshot of the speed test (tested on 5:50 pm, 17-May Brisbane time).
Can you please investigate?

Lets get to the bottom of this, stephenwai. For testing purposes and to get the actual speed of your TPG service, please run a speed test using www.speedtest.net also send us a PM with your details (Username/Customer ID together with the address on file) so we can proceed with initial investigation.
