Hi TPG
I have TPG service for 3 yeas. Just one week ago, I have paid $74.99 on 22/06/2023 . But My service was stopped on 23/6/2023 two days after my prepayment. After disconnection I called TPG every day. Finally I knew that my nbn service was forced to stopped by another telco. The reason is that there are two tenants 5A and 5B in one building (unit 5) which only one nbn service is available. So new tenant 5A has applied Nbn service. My service was cancelled .
So what I can do is to ask TPG to cancel and return my service fee his month. Because I have paid the service but I have not received the service at all. I should get refund.
Who can help me to get prepayment and cancel my account? What is email address where I can send my request ?
