Hi,
We had scheduled maintenance in our area (Marrickville NSW) on Tuesday and the internet was dropping out regularly during that time. Since then, it has continued dropping out (at least once per hour).
My account is fully paid and up to date.

Thanks for the help. Changing the channel on the modem from auto to 11 seemed to do the trick.
