Hi everyone
My NBN is running at average of 4.5mbps in the last few days instead of 12mbps.
The only change was firmware update on 10th Sep.

Thanks for raising this with us.
I've ran tests and the results does not show physical fault on the line.
I can also see that you've sent an e-mail to our HelpDesk team regarding the speed issue and they've provided you some steps to improve your connection.
I do recommend that we have one of our technicians give you a call to resolve your issue as we need to eliminate any possible equipment, Wi-Fi limitation and bandwidth sharing issue.

Thats for replying I think they did a fix ony my line as my NBN box went off and when it came back the speed is back to normal.
