NBN speed

I upgraded from NBN tier 1 to tier 2 , however, even though I received a confirmation e-mail my speed is only 11.66mbps

Please do the following troubleshooting:


Try to turn off the modem/router and leave it for 3-5mins and turn it back on.

 

Once it's done. Run a speedtest using desktop/laptop connected via LAN cable.

 

Take and post a screen shot of the result.
