NBN upgrade

I had NBN50 and served 18 months on contract. I wanted to try nbn100 and upgraded to nbn100 through MY TPG app. But after submitting the upgrade, i got the email about upgrade to nbn broadband s bundle at $29.99.
What the bug is going on in the app. Sales team reply the chat in seconds and other support staff were always busy whenever i tried to chat.
