NBN warm up

I recently connected to the NBN but every time I switch my computer on it takea about 15 minutes before I can get emails or on the net.

Anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to the community!

I was able to locate your account using your community details. It is normal for a newly installed service for the modem/router to take time to get authenticated to our network.
