Recently moved to a new location. Received the nbn device and modem. Connected everything properly. All the lights are good. Internet light solid. All the other light solid on nbn device except dsl light. Its not flashing all the time but flashes. When i connect to tplink modem it shows connected to internet but theres no internet. Any information appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Yeh a person from technical help line helped me out. For the future reference.. the problem solved by putting login details in the modem manually. Modem didn’t do it automatically. Thanks again.

Sorry some corrections its the LAN light that flashes. it only flashes when i try to browse and obviously no internet. Thanks

I received NBN this Monday, Just need connection to NBN internet. I want to confirm with you how long would be taken for installation progress status? Thanks

We haven't received the NBN, only modem and ive got a message from them how to set up

Welcome to the community!

 

We recommend to track the installation date of the NBN service here https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder.
 

Note: Do not connect the NBN modem/router if the installation is not yet completed. This is to avoid any service interruption.
 

In the event that you have concern with NBN installation of the service feel free to send me your account details together with the address on file.
