After waiting for 3 weeks with little to no communication, I have spent all morning on the phone trying tom find out what is happening I spoke to 2 case managers the last one told me the NBN are unable to fix the issue due to the council not allowing work to take place due to covid - 19. I called the council who said this was not true. What is going on.... Frustrated...
