Thanks for raising this to us, I was able to locate the account and confirmed that the installation is still ongoing. The completion is cheduled on Friday, 05 February 2021, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. For more details you may track the installation here, https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder. We recommend to connect the old ADSL modem/router while waiting for the completion of the installation.
