We have just signed up with TPG as a new customer. So it started really good and has just gone down hill from there.

When we signed up on the NBN 100 for $79.99 for 6mtns.

You then took $89.99 coz the bank debit didnt work. So you charged us $10.

Well then we got an email stating that apparently you can not supply the NBN 100 and the best you can do is NBN 50 at $74.99.

So when we joined we had really good connection and no dropping out of signal. But since today it now keeps dropping.

So I want to know if we were getting the NBN100, why did you say we couldn't. The service now is .... and it doesn't work.

Also we went from $79.99 to $74.99 how can there be such a difference for 50mpb?
