NBN50 Issue

Recently upgraded my plan from adsl to NBN50. First couple of days speed was around 40Mbps. Now down to 2-4Mbps. Have sent several request to contact me to look into this issue but so far no one contacted. Please don’t take monthly charges if you can’t provide the service

My records shows that your service is running into specs. Is there any way you can perform the speedtest using a wired (ethernet cable).

Please advice
