NBN50 upload speed drop

Hi there

A few days ago, my NBN50 upload speed suddenly dropped dramatically , like about 100-300Kbps ,usually was around 3Mbps. Hardly can use internet now, even this TPG Community it took me more than 30 min to regist due to slow speed.

I checked  all cable connection, and reboot moderm a few times,even tried to change channels to get a better signal  but none of them work. Can someone help me here?

We were able to locate your account and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault.

We've refreshed the connection from your NBN NTD box remotely. Please turn off the modem/router for 30 seconds, then turn it back On to refresh it as well.

Check the connection speed and let us know how it goes.
