Each customers are connected via dedicated line and we have capable infrasture to support each customer and in your case there is no authentication issue, looklikeypur  modem is bit old as well but anyway Engineer will check if something from our end.

Hi SamMc,

Now I am able to see authentication on our end as well but your are on SSS (Specrtum Sharing Service) product and we have noted that There is a line issue as well which might not service affecting but we has raised issue with Telstra so Telstra have told us they have booked a technician to check your TPG service anytime between now and 21/Apr/2020. Your attendance is NOT required.
